Excellent lights!

I bought 2-packs of the red/white/blue and white lights, and installed the red/white/blue on my wheels and one of the white ones around the frame. They all worked as expected. It looks great, the lights are very bright, and no tools required. It takes a little bit of practice to wrap the battery container with the strap around the wheel hubs but once you get the hang of it it's easy. These lights are top notch.

Bought 2 packs on Amazon, one didn’t work

I don’t know who to reach out to about this, but I bought 2 packs of the lights on Amazon Mexico and all of them work well except for 1. When I put the batteries in and put the cap on, they turn on but then the on/off button doesn’t turn them off. Something must be wrong with the button. Other than that, I really like them so far.

A very crappy product

It’s not easy to put on like they say it is. Sure it’s bright but that’s all that’s good for nothing else about it is good so just like the trash it is I smashed it just so it goes where it belongs

Great product!!

These were a Christmas gift to my son. We finally went to add them to his bike last week and only one worked. I emailed customer service and received a response right away. The company sent out a new set the next day! My son LOVES the lights so much. Thank you for an excellent product and customer service!
