Can anyone tell me, do I need to get the water out of the ball for the winter? If so, how?

I bought 2-packs of the red/white/blue and white lights, and installed the red/white/blue on my wheels and one of the white ones around the frame. They all worked as expected. It looks great, the lights are very bright, and no tools required. It takes a little bit of practice to wrap the battery container with the strap around the wheel hubs but once you get the hang of it it's easy. These lights are top notch.

These were a Christmas gift to my son. We finally went to add them to his bike last week and only one worked. I emailed customer service and received a response right away. The company sent out a new set the next day! My son LOVES the lights so much. Thank you for an excellent product and customer service!

.I don't have any worries now the lights are so strong you can see me from a couple blocks away.

I purchased a set for my daughter's bike, and one light setup works perfectly while the other worked 1/4 way bc the wire was separated. Need info on how to return or get the broke one replaced.

Son has a throne 29" lights finished 2 spokes short "wtf" besides that awesome if I can get longer ones please let me know thank you

Amazing product. Thin wires encased in a metal casing. Still you must be careful not to crease the wire and break the inner connection. I have a mix drive e-bike, therefore my tire axles are small and the rubber straps worked great. 4” fat tires, I zigged zagged from edge to edge on the far tires.
But my wife's e-bike is a rear hub motor. A 4-5” hub axel. I had to zap-strap the battery pack to the hub.
Our bikes look great. Very visible from the side!

Purchased two sets of these. My granddaughter who is now on vacation at a beach residence and went to put these on her bicycle. They do not work at all. We even replaced the batteries She was do disappointed as it was dusk and wanted to make sure she was seen. I bought them through Amazon for a Christmas gift and now cannot return them. This is the first chance she got to use them. What can be done now.

My husband bought a set of your activ flyers to get our family outside to play with our five year old grandchild. They were easy enough for our young grandchild to successfully use and so much fun for all, that we ordered 3 more set!

My kids love it! Everyone at the community pool loves it. I am so happy that we got one. My son played with it nonstop for hours yesterday, ordered another one for us and one for a pool party birthday gift.

My son has been wanting his own frisbee (not a dogs). After a few throws, he can throw this accurately at a great distance.

Cool to have a ball that sinks for a change. We invented fun new games with it. Seems durable. Hope it lasts!

Just opened the box. They were a Christmas present. The one set of lights won’t turn off unless I unscrew the lid and the other set of lights don’t work at all. We tried fresh batteries and everything. I contacted support via messenger and am waiting for a reply. So far, not happy with the purchase.
